Rydak has historically produced fine gentlemen of the field and factory for the industry. It is a part of a long line of tea-blooded community members that swear by the corporate excellence, team spirit and warmth and dynamic and fresh ideas that have given many famed planters and exeutives. Our entry-level position is usually that of Assisstant Managers at the Tea Estates. These planters grow up with a high commitment, stamina for physical and metnal work and knowledge of the plant sciences, people management and innovation and discipline, all of which their peers and seniors provide.
The tea industry is a place for intensive hands-on learning and an actualization process for an employee begins almost immediately. Our applicants are from varied backgrounds, including the army, plant and other sciences, management, languages, etc. If you are ready to make your own contribution and live the gruelling but fulfilling life of a chhota sahib on the tea estates.
